Wicked!
Woohoo!! 2 days of work down. I left early yesterday (about 3.30pm) but I got in at 7am so it wasn't like I didn't do a full day. I woke at 5am on Monday morning and couldn't sleep worrying about what my office was going to look like. And it did deserve worrying! When I got in it was still filled with computers and I couldn't get to my desk. I moved them all out into the new open space that's been created.
The renovation at work's coming together! Woohoo! I can't wait for it all to be working properly. So exciting.
Today I had a nap on my floor at lunch, and I can feel my glands swelling up so I probably should go home now and pack and get to bed! I was asleep by 7.30pm last night, but of course that meant I woke at 11.30pm and was up until past 3am.
And I just found a blog through 2 blogs a guy who is a student here. He's a Christian! He's one of only 2 students I've had in my programs that have claimed less hours than they're entitled to claim, because he couldn't make the lecture for the subject he leads in. And like the other student, I have just found out he's Christian! What a testimony!
Anyway, tomorrow I'm getting up at 4.15am and driving over to B's place. K is staying overnight with B and with J the 4 of us are going down to Melbourne. So excitement!
We booked a furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms and we are seeing Wicked the Musical at the Regent Theatre! The rest of the time will be hanging out and eating and stuff. We are flying back late Thursday night.
I'm so excited!! I can't wait!! I'm just hoping that I can get enough rest and downtime. If necessary I'll pop in at a youth hostel and pay for a bed for a few hours!
