What did you want to be as a kid?

I had vague thoughts of being a vet. The problem with vets though is they deal with sick animals. All. The. Time.

So I'm kind of glad I didn't.

Actually, I'm happy in my job now. It suits me, I love it, and it's fun.

So who cares what I thought as a kid? I get to be in the now, now.

The mental health outcomes for people with chronic fatigue are worse than many other major illnesses. I think this is because of a range of factors, including isolation, loneliness, lack of hope, and no real treatment options. That's why, I think, I burst into tears today.
